Plaintiffs automobile collided with the rear of defendants automobile that had been parked near the edge of a paved country highway, which collision resulted in damages to plaintiffs car. An action was brought by plaintiff to recover damages. Upon trial a verdict was returned in favor of the plaintiff and judgment was entered thereon. A motion for a new trial and exceptions to instructions were overruled and the defendant has appealed.
